Discworld is a satirical fantasy series by Terry Pratchett.
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a sci-fi trilogy (in four five six parts), originally a radio series, by Douglas Adams.

They are a little different.
Error. Error. Cannot compute.

*shrugs* Alrighty then. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is on my list of books to read. Discworld is on my list of books that I would read if I had the time but I probably never will.

The Redwall cookbook is on my list of things to read. Do you know if the local library has it, Teer?
Infant Ebby is a smol, out-of-control firebending terror. It's a good thing she's also quite cute.

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I seriously doubt the local ones have it. Maybe try the city libraries?

What was the first series that really got u into reading?
"The world is changed by your example, not your opinion of it."

Ebantu the Kararehe

Hmm...probably Narnia. When I was about six or seven.

Lady Lollipop. (not really a series but I read it about fifteen times before I moved on to anything else)

Can't remember. What I do know is that my two brothers who learnt to read before starting school don't read as much as the other two and me, who learnt later. They probably read more than the average person, though (but that isn't hard).

Redwall.  ;D

That's a good series.

Hmm, never heard of it... What's it about?

Hmm, never heard of it... What's it about?
A princess who wants a pet pig for her ninth birthday. It's not exactly character building literature but, at the time, I loved it.

Huh, interesting... What was the first series that you got into? Ranger's Apprentice perhaps?

Yeah, Ranger's Apprentice. I've never really got out of it.

I think Redwall is a better series than Ranger's Apprentice, and Brian Jacques is a better author than John Flanagan. But I still like RA better (just a little).

It doesn't stick to the tropes as closely, and the humor is(was) a little more relatable.
I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?
