Smaug eats Scarzs and Shelob (Smaug is a dragon and Shelob is a giant spider (If you haven't figured that out already.))

Unfortunately for Smug, Skarzs made his way out of Shelob and is taking it upon himself to do some demolition in the dragon's stomach.

He is a fire breathing dragon... he has fire in his stomach. I don't think you could do much damage.

If he has fire in his stomach, that would make him be puking up fire, not breathing it.
You specifically said he was a "fire breathing" dragon, not a fire "belching", or "puking".
