Nope. Atheist. Why, exactly, is the Thursday occurring in fifteen minutes holy? Wait, have I gotten distracted and lost track of Easter? Did someone slip me a Cotion of Ponfusion?

...Sorry... I'm terrible at knowing when mostly religious holidays that I mostly don't celebrate are.

Holy Thursday is the day of the feast of the Passover to the Jews, but it's significance to Catholics is the meal Our Lord took before his Passion on Good Friday. This feast is what is known as the Last Supper: it was literally Jesus's last supper. It is also when He instituted the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. It is the night Our Lord was captured by the Jews to be put to death for our sins the following day.
The reason the three days Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday are called such is because it is the fulfillment of the reason Our Lord came to earth, and took away our eternal punishment we deserve in Hell.

A little zealous, you may say, but yes: I am zealous about it.

You have every right to be as zealous or faithful about your religion as you want- I don't mind one bit, so long as you're not trying to convince me to believe the same way.
...I carry some anti-religion bias from my parents- but I try not to hang on to it. A lot of great things have been done in the name of a god or gods, and regardless of the reality of that god, those deeds are just as valid.

Rus, you're atheist? I had no clue! Yoipes. I forget that not all atheist are self-serving jerks like the last few I've known. Thank you for being religiously tolerant.

Yep! No problem. Some people are jerks regardless of their beliefs- And some people aren't. I try to be in the second category.

I feel the same way as Rus, so long as people aren't trying to convert me, I'm cool with anyone from any religion. (Actually that's quite general, I do not include criminals or extremists in that. There's this one guy on Youtube who actually called himself Templar Extremist and me and my friend are currently arguing with him (He says the Christians did no wrong during the crusades (People like that make me lose faith in society))) Anyway back on topic, I am also an atheist and up to a point will be friends with people of any religion providing they're not jerks
