make them go away or Ill hit you with the broom.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

BlueRose

*the birds disappear*

Better? *smiles at thin air* S'ok, Faiy can't see you anymore.

*walks in the direction the birds were previously flying* This way should be right.
Was anyone else on the old DAB forum, circa 2009? I was recently reminded of it, lol.

Bitterly jittery, and not very glittery.

The Skarzs

*Still holding TIMPAR*
C'mon, where now?
Cave of Skarzs

Cave potato.

Faiyloe

Hits blue on the head with the broom anyway.  ;D

Hang on a moment. *Pulls strange looking shiny goggles over eyes* I think we're supposed to follow the blatantly obvious trail of ziladegradic energy. So, that's what your 'magic,' does, eh? Clairvoyance. Sure, why not. Alternately, it could just be a zilatrae pulse set to echo around until it finds a temporal disturbance, leaving a ziladegrasion bread crumb trail. Fortunately, ziladegradic energy is only detectable by sensors with small amounts of volitaic radiation. *Looks over at Faiy* You shouldn't need to worry, volitaic radiation can only be originally sourced from postentropic palladium, which is only created as a byproduct of a supernova of a dying binary system, under specific circumstances. Quite valuable, really, you only need a miniscule amount to make sensors like these. *Taps goggles.* Long story short, unless this race is an interstellar traveling and very successful one, they won't be able to sense this trail while it's not visibly active- Certainly not with any kind of standard-issue equipement.

BlueRose

*punches Rus* Shut up. It's magoi, those are the rukh. Haven't you ever wanted to just believe in the beauty of things without wanting to explain them?

Grabs Ruses goggles Takes out a pare hedge trimmers and cuts them into a million peaces. There now lets go!

Sometimes it's the beauty of things that you understand inside and out that can be stunning and awe-inspiring. Have you ever seen the aurora on Xannila IV? Were you present when the wormhole near Chak IX opened up for the first time in three hundred and seventy years, and you could see right through the swirling vortex of light, into the other side, with a billion different stars and planets? Phenomenon that can be explained, scientifically and without much difficulty, yet breathtaking to behold.

*Waves hand* *goggles repair themselves* I need those. How would the Doctor fare without any kind of temporal instrument? *Twinkling lights appear* Keep in mind that these nanites are capable of rewriting your very DNA- It would be quite the tragedy if I lost control of them. *Places goggles on forehead* I don't suggest tampering with my instruments.

Jetthebinturong

Threaten your companions and I'll kill you
Why?
I have no idea *sees a skeleton* Slen Tiid Vo! *A ripple of purple energy shoots out from his mouth and hits the skeleton and brings it back to life. it's an old man*
Why did you do that?
Again, no idea

"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.

Roles eyes I know all about nanites and yes the Doctor actually took me to see it... Twice.

We won't tamper with your instruments if you don't insult the rukh. I've flown through the solar flares on a red giant star, and watched the celestial koi swim in the surface of a white dwarf star, and the and I dare say that I find them more beautiful without knowing why.

I think it is the difference between boys and girls. We value mystery, yet we also value knowledge.
I am back... sort of... maybe... Hi?

Rusvul

Hmm. Well, if you'd rather not know, I won't tell you. Myself, I much prefer to know how things work. I fee it adds to, rather than detracts from, their beauty.

Gotta agree with Rus here. The more you know about how something happens, the more you wonder at it.

Courage: Not only the willingness to die manfully, but also the determination to live decently.

You would probably not like our world
I agree
Lotlokdrog, did you see where my sonic tree trunk went?
You are not the dragon equivalent of the Doctor, you just happen to be named after a profession and travel through time and space. You do not HAVE a sonic tree trunk
