The comma before 'Kade' is unnecessary, sorry to be pedantic.

Is it?  There are a lot of comma rules, but I've learned that they all basically want the comma to do a specific thing.  In general, commas indicate a slight pause or lift in the sentence that you would naturally hear if it was spoken out loud.  So, without the comma there, it feels like the last two parts of the sentence just run together, when in actuality there would a natural lift in the spoken sentence dialogue.
