I have read All the books at least once and many more than once and I never caught any of these!
Me neither, when I was first reading them. Despite those flaws, Redwall is still a strong book series. I didn't notice that KillConney switched from being a guy to a girl and back again when I first read Redwall. Then, I re read some parts and I noticed it. I'm guessing that was a printing/editing error.

It seems that there  a lot of errors, but we are talking about all of the books not just one. There were more spelling mistakes in the third Hunger games than all of the redwall books combined.
