Depends what it is. i watch SAO as soon as new episodes come out and OHHC when I feel like it but that's cos I can watch those two quota free really easily! As for reading... I haven't been able to for a while because I've finished all the ones at the library.

EDIT: didn't see the shoujo bit. Our an is the only one ive seen if I'm remembering what shoujo is correctly.

Oh I do, it's just it uses a fair bit of internet and we don't have much spare.

Yeah, but those two are funny... HunterXHunter, perhaps? AirGear is pretty cool... Oh! 1/2 Prince! It's a shonen and a shoujo combined (sorta)! Rurouni Kenshin is FANTASTIC. I saw the live action (called Samurai X) and I was astounded. BEST. LIVE. ACTION. EVER.

I started reading it, but then I kinda lost interest. That happens sometimes with me... (Naruto, InuYasha, Bleach, Fairytail)

Not sure if HunterXHunter has an anime, and 1/2 Prince doesn't, but 1/2 Prince DOES have a novel that can be downloaded (I have all six books!)
