Halloween 2014

[Izeroth]

 A dark, shadowy figure materialized in front of the group. He appeared to be made out of smoke or some other shadowy substance, the only solid part of his entre body being his two glowing green eyes. "What? How did we even get here?" he asked in an irritated voice. "We were just going to visit our friend, the warlock of Rin, and we end up in this miserable dimension!"

[Jetthebinturong]

"A mundane is a human being with no supernatural powers" he peered at Nagisa "You really are just a normal human aren't you? Do you have the Sight? Have you ever seen something weird that you think shouldn't exist?" he paused "Where are my manners? I'm Ragnor Fell, high warlock of London, who might you be?" A dark, shadowy figure appeared out of thin air "Now that HAS to be a demon"

[Lutra]

Scrappy looked back at the man.  "I'll show you who can splat a warlock!  Ruff!" growled Scrappy as he mocked a punch at a tree trunk and chipped off a small piece of bark.  "No warlock can get by me."  Scrappy looked around, "But I don't see any warlocks here!"  He looked back at the abbey which he'd mistaken for a castle having been bred in animation to browse spooky places.  "But I bet there's some in there!  Warlocks and wizards and monsters!  Yeah, trying to scare us and make us run away!  What you say we go get 'em? Ruff!"

[Jetthebinturong]

Ragnor chuckled "I just introduced myself as the high warlock of London, there's clearly a warlock here" green sparks danced at his fingertips "would you like to try and splat me?"

[Rainshadow]

  (OOC:  Blarg, you guys posted before I could, so this 'un's behind a bit.)

  "The Sight?" Nagisa echoed.  "Um... well, I saw Coach Sasabe hitting on Miss Ama-chan a couple times, and that was weird..."

  "Where are my manners? I'm Ragnor Fell, high warlock of London, who might you be?"

  Nagisa's eyes widened and his hat fell a little lower over them.  After pushing the piece of his costume back up, he said in an amazed voice, "London?  Warlock?  Whoa, you're far away from home!  Oh, I'm Nagisa Hazuki, Iwatobi Swim Club's treasurer."

  Just as the swimmer had finished speaking, another stranger appeared out of nowhere, causing Nagisa to, once again, scream, this time leaping away from the figure and tripping over a root.  He landed hard on his back, sending a cloud of dust into the air.  The jack-o'-lantern he'd been clutching so tightly was knocked out of his hand and, much to the teenager's horror, soared toward Ragnor's head.

Kyoya watched the proceedings with little interest, up until the fellow in the green costume mentioned being a "high warlock". He realized that a connection to the stranger might prove to be profitable in the long run, at the same time making a mental note to thank Tamaki for suggesting that the host club participate in the strange festivities of Western commoners. Kyoya gave a slight bow to the dog and the boy who looked vaguely like Hunny-sempai before making a lower bow to the "high warlock". "Good evening, sirs. May I introduce myself? I am Ootori Kyoya, third son to the prestigious Ootori group, and possible future heir to same."


OOC: Drat. I'm late. Fudgemuffins.

OOC: Well that bites, I had my reply typed out before you posted, so I didn't catch that line in time!   No matter.....

Ragnor looked puzzled "Am I in Japan? Nagisa Hazuki, Kyoya Ootori, they sound like Japanese names" he noticed the jack-o-lantern falling towards him and, without thinking, incinerated it with a blast of green fire. He looked vaguely abashed "I hope that wasn't important" he muttered

Kyoya shook his head. "Much to my chagrin, this doesn't seem to be any country I am personally familiar with." He turned to the smokey gentleman. "Do you, perhaps, know our location? "

[Lutra]

The blast of green fire from the warlock singed the puppy's whiskers.  "Well that ain't fair," muttered Scrappy, "I can't splat that."  Looking at the other two, he said, "You came an awful long way from Japan just for one night of fun."

[Jetthebinturong]

"Where in the name of the angel are we?" he pointed at himself "I've apparently come a long way from London, those two-" he pointed at Nagisa and Kyoya "-have come a long way from Japan, the demon's traveled across dimensions to get here" he looked down at the dog "where do you come from? And why can you TALK?"

[Izeroth]

 The shadowy figure recoiled in shock at the warlock's words. "A demon! A demon! We have demons for servants, you fool! We are the shadow lord of Deltora, undisputed ruler of the continent!"

"We have no idea where we are either," the shadow lord answered to Kyoka. "We were just going about business as usual, and we were then dispensed in this odd dimension. Normally, we would incinerate you for asking such a stupid question, but it seems that our magic is weak in this dimension."

[Rainshadow]

  "Am I in Japan? Nagisa Hazuki, Kyoya Ootori, they sound like Japanese names."

  Shaking his head, the wannabe pirate sat up and said, "No, I don't think we're in Japan.  I don't really know where we are.  Wherever we are, though, it's kinda creepy here."

  Nagisa let out a cry of horror as Ragnor blasted his pail into melted plastic.  "My candy!  Aw, and the bucket was such a good flashlight, too..."

  "You came an awful long way from Japan just for one night of fun."

  Again, Nagisa shook his head, and he stood up, looking sadly at his jack-o'-lantern.  "I was trick or treating in my neighbourhood, when all of a sudden, boom!  I'm in a forest.  I just decided to keep walking on the path, and then I ran into, well, all you guys.  Did you get teleported here, too?"  Almost as soon as he said this, a thought popped into the boy's head and he gasped.  "Have we all been abducted by aliens?"  He looked around, checking all the shadows with a renewed sense of fear.  "Are they watching us right now?"

[BlueRose]

Kyoya wondered if the shadowy fellow would also make a beneficial ally, but his instincts told him not to try. However, being a calculating individual, Kyoya tried anyways. "I do apologize for my mistake. You seemed to be confident in your surroundings, and I automatically assumed that you at least had a private beach in the area."

Kyoya also realized that Hazuki-san and Hunny-sempai would get along swimmingly. *

"I'm from New York, and I can talk, because I can talk, doesn't everybody talk?" Scrappy asked rather bluntly.  Scrappy tried to take charge of the situation as he usually would do in his tv episodes.  "I get it, we're all here because we all wanted to go around and show off our stuff and eat food, and things!  We're in old time Europe, where the forests are dark and scary to try and get us to run away!  But we aren't gonna do that!"  He pointed to the abbey, again mistaking it for a castle.  "We gotta go there and show those people we ain't scared of no forests!"
