  Just curious, Deli-chan, how do you judge which GIF is the best?  What are you looking for in a particular GIF?  HD quality?  Funniness?  Whether or not it has cute baby animals?

Nothing really, but it's best if it doesn't require a context, otherwise it won't make sense.
