The Game with No Name!

So... since I can't think of a catchy title, I shall call this... the game with no name.
If you want to play, ask me.

Here's how the game works.
I put you on a team. (Team blue or team red)
Then I give you both a challenge.
Then you give me the answer.
If it is right, and you told me it first, then you win.
But if the other team gets it right before yours, you will have to vote someone out.
You will vote privately, and tell me who you voted for, then the person with the most votes is out.
Then we do it again, and again until the merge.
The merge is when there is a smaller amount of players, and when the 2 teams "merge" into one.
At the end, when there it only 2 payers left, the eliminated players vote for someone to win.
AND THEY ARE... THE WINNER!

As it appears you're putting one member at a time on each team, I suppose that would make me a blue team member?
