Dry bar means no alcohol, but you could ask for sand if you wanted it....

   I think Ren-san would make more sense, seeing as he's a bouncer. 'Mr. Ren' sounds  a lot more imposing than 'Renny.'

   Also, you know, there's such a thing as a pocket inside of a jacket. And I have one. And in it I could have... Anything, really, so long as it fits in a pocket. A revolver, for instance, or a knife or a can of pepper spray. Crashing a party with a bunch of armed people probably wouldn't be a good idea.
