Now my good man! (I have always wanted to call a waiter that ) The lady would like a fruit tart. A sandwich of some variety I am not completely sure as to which, and finally some Coca-Cola! As for me I would just love that Fettuccine Alfredo, and if it's not to much trouble, with Chicken Ala King. With some Chamomile tea if you wouldn't mind. Now I bestow upon you a thousand thanks!

I am very sorry. I was busy inhaling wood smoke in a forest while trying to carve wood using hot coals. *coughs* ...And then taking a shower to get the smell of smoke out of my hair so I could stop gagging. Anyway.
