Alright the character sheets are up including Lord Defurgelo, also there are going to be a lot of NPC's at the party and they are free to be played by anyone. They can be used to foil someone's else's efforts to blend in to a certain extent. Any over using of a NPC is not allowed.

Also I am still waiting for characters from Corn, Mask, Ashenwyte, and possibly Wylder.

So, we could temporarily play one of the guards if we wanted to?

Sort of, if you want to think of it that way, Try something more like bribing a guard or blackmailing a diplomat instead of controlling them directly, however yes you can play as a NPC for a short time say one or two posts.
