Actually I just finished rereading DotL. It was great, but so MANY UNFINISHED THREADS!!! Are you excited for Demon Road?

Is that Derek's new book? If so, yes.

The same Rupert Degas? Hmm. If you listen to the first chapter of the audiobook, you'll see why I think he'd be good for the role. (The whole audiobook is on Youtube)

I think for the top three Skulduggery books I would like to see adapted to movie form are Death Bringer, Kingdom of the Wicked and Playing With Fire
DB because, in my opinion, it's the best book
KotW because of the idea of the prison and the Dimension Shunting. Also, the Arctic expedition
PWF because of Springheeled Jack and the Torment

Found something that makes me love the series even more. Derek has said that after you get to a certain age as a sorcerer, you stop seeing gender as a barrier to relationships. Also Tanith confirmed to be bi in M7 which I completely forgot about. Derek has also said that Val is "predominantly straight with some curiosities" so that basically means she's bicurious.

Just a reminder, Tanith is like eighty and Val has only just turned an adult. For this reason I cannot ship Valkyrith. Or Valduggery for that matter. And yet I have no problem shipping Ghastith when he's like, the same age as Skulduggery.

Sorry for the double post but I just read something that REALLY annoyed me.

THREE WHOLE STORIES WERE LEFT OUT OF THE ARMAGEDDON OUTTA HERE HARDBACK! THREE! TWO OF THEM ABOUT EVERYONE'S FAVOURITE SERIAL KILLER, SANGUINE! AND IT SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THEM IS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS EYES JUDGING BY THE TITLE! THAT IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!
