These are the most unique moles I could think of off the top of my head; feel free to suggest more. (I didn't do Foremoles because there is one in every book.)
Well, who are your two favorite moles? My two favorites are probably Young Dinny and Axtel Sturnclaw.

Young Dinny and Arula, just cause I like them. I also like Grumm...
Just pretend there is something interesting and unique written here... I have nothing to say.

Delthion

Axtel, don't remember the others at all...I really need to reread the books.
Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

He's not on the list, but Burgo from Mariel, he ate wild garlic all the time.

I'll be sure to add him.

Although I like most of those mentioned, Grumm has always been the standard that I weigh the other moles by.

Who doesn't? ;D

Are there any other moles that should be put up on the poll?

I would have to say young Dinny from Mossflower and Grumm from Martin The Warrior: I've always liked those two, especially Grumm.

Life is too short to rush through it.

Added.

Young Dinny is the mole I base all other moles on. Part of it is because Mossflower is one of my favorite books of the series and because he was the first mole I ever really read about as a main character; also, his personality is great.

My favorite moles (besides the ones I voted for) are the four who died saving Spingo in Doomwyte: Rooter, Grabul, Ruttur, and Friar Skurpul. They're quite unsung heroes. I admire them.

Thanks, MatthiasMan, for the avatar!

The Skarzs

Yes, they are. Not sure if I'll add them though, since they're more of a group in their memory.
