[Izeroth]

 In the underground city of Frostloft, on the ice-planet of Sirius III, a diplomatic discussion was underway. The great Emperor Jidian II of the Idorian Empire had arrived to discuss diplomatic matters with Lord Silverstripe of Salamandastron. Though this was a diplomatic discussion, both sides had brought sizable forces of guards to endure that neither party attempted anything.

The discussion had been going along at a reasonable pace, when suddenly.... all power in the city shut off. In the ensuing panic, the meeting was quite abruptly brought to an end. The two parties, desiring answers as to who, or what, disabled the power, began to make their way through the city in the feezing, pitch-black darkness.

This is a sci-fi rp with a little bit of horror thrown in. It's set a few hundred years after the beasts of the Mossflower continent began to colonize the stars. Idoria is vermin-dominated, imperialistic nation, while Salamandastron has grown into an empire that is also imperialistic (though less so), and is composed mostly of hares, but also of other woodlander types. Both empires hunger for galactic colonies, and this is what has brought them to diplomatic talks.

History: He's been lord of Salamandastron for many, many years, and has become experienced in both combat and diplomacy.
Personality: Gruff and irritable, but also brave and honorable.

Weapon: She dose not usually carry weapons however after the light went out and chaos broke out she found a lazier pistol.
Personality: She is is the intellectual sort, cleaver and sociable, She is easily startled, but can keep a level head in a pinch.

 It is in the Redwall universe, but probably set after the events of the M.R.S Genesis. Keep in mind: by this time, many planets have been colonized. Empires have risen up, and the Mossflower Republc may no longer exist.

Is there a specific type of laser weaponry that we can use? Or are we open to anything? Also, are disrupters allowed?

 There are two main classes of laser weaponry: rifles and pistols. Rifles have more power, but are heavier. Pistols, obviously, are lighter.

What is a disruptor?

A disruptive is an alternative to a phaser, typically more powerful, but without as many customizable settings. I think for this RP we should just stick to lasers or phasers, and leave disrupters out of it.

 The two parties have fought wars in the recent past, though not recently. Both empires are colonizing planets, and they've called together this meeting to settle territorial disputes.
