EDIT: So I looked up a video about it, apparently it's how different brains view it. The dress is actually blue and black

Yeah it's blue and black, you view it differently depending on how the rods and cones in your eyes work. I see silver and gold

I see a ugly gold and purple but I'm fairly sure its black and blue.

I see white and gold, or light blue and gold, and can't see it any other way even when I move my screen.

I see the middle one, and the third one looks like a brightened version of the middle one. But how could anyone see the first one?!

The middle is the original. The other two are edited to either extreme.
