@Icefire---Thanks for the welcome!  I've been here a while, but I'm a bit of a lurker.

As for my favorite song, I would have to go with "Spanish Lady"
The knitting, crochecting, Zoo Tycoon playing, frog loving member!

Taggerung The Otter

"Joyful Joyful, we adore thee"
For GOD so loved the world he gave his only begotton SON so that whoever belived in him would not parish but live eternal life.

Oh yeah...buitiful verse... :D

They have the announcement here
I'm so excited for Lisa and Scott and the rest of their fam! It's sad that I won't get to here her sing in April, but this is way more exciting anyways!!!
Living in peace, aye many a season,
Calm in life and sound in reason,,
'Til evil arrives, a wicked horde,
Driving a warrior to pick up his sword,
The challenger rings then, straight and fair,
Justice is with us, beware. Beware!

The one where they were at Helix? I'm so jealous! jk!
They've got so many good ones on there! The Butterfly, Send me a Song, Soft Goodbye (although I must say that I prefer Lisa K's solo version), Si Do Mhaimeo I, The Contradiction...

Unfortunately, it was only a rental from the library.  :'( But it was epic all the same, because I FINALLY got my mom really interested in Celtic Woman!!! Hooray!!! :)

OMG that's cool. Yeah, they are 6 now, so if she had to go on leave, it would just be five, like the good old times

What do you mean? There are only 3 with Lisa gone!
Currently the group is Lisa Kelly, Lisa Lambe, Máiréad Nesbitt, and Chloë Agnew!

I can't wait to see who joins them!!!

For some reason Isle of Inishfree reminds me of Redwall.

Orla is pretty cool too. May it be was amazing.

IDEA!!! Imagine you're talking to someone who's never heard Celtic Woman before. What songs (other than...you know...ALL OF THEM!) would you recommend? You can choose one best over all and up to four for the other categories.
I'd recommend:
1 - Best overall- The Sky and the Dawn and the Sun  (from A New Journey)
2 - Group song - Danny Boy (from Songs from the Heart DVD)
3 - Alex Sharpe - You'll Be in My Heart (from Songs from the Heart)
4 - Chloë Agnew - When You Believe (from Songs from the Heart) and The Prayer (from A New Journey)
5 - Deirdre Shannon - One More Day (from Deirdre Shannon)
5 - Hayley Westenra - Both Sides Now (from Odyssey)
6 - Lisa Kelly - Send Me a Song (from Celtic Woman OR Lisa), Caledonia (from a New Journey), The Soft Goodbye (from Lisa), and Fields of Gold (from Songs from the Heart)
7 - Lisa Lambe - A Spaceman Came Traveling (from Songs from the Heart German Bonus tracks....and apparently Believe!)
8 - Lynn Hilary - Melody of Life (from Take Me There) and Erin Beo (also from Take Me There)
9 - Máiréad Nesbitt - The Butterfly (from Celtic Woman), Granuaile's Dance (from a New Journey), and There is No Night (from Raining Up)
10 - Méav Ni Mhaolchatha - Dulaman (from A New Journey)
11 - Órla Fallon - Siuil a Ruin (from Celtic Woman OR Water is Wide...let me know which you think is better) and Isle of Innisfree (from Celtic Woman...and maybe My Land)

It's hard to keep track of everyone!  ;)

That's great news about the pregnancy!

I'm glad that you've gotten your mom interested.  My mom and I have similar tastes in music and it's really fun!

Isn't it great when your family all likes the same music? That doesn't happen very often in my family. My mom and sister like Celtic Woman. My dad's ok with Celtic Woman. Two of my brothers really don't like Celtic Woman.
My 6 year old brother LOVES Celtic Woman!!!! ;D It's great! My brothers will be trying to put on rap and stuff and then Sam will jump in saying he wants to listen to "Celkic Woman"! His favorite is Dulaman
