Do any members here play the Total war series of games? It's a turn based, RTS which is pretty famous/ infamous right now.

The fastest way to a man's heart- Or anyone's, in fact- Is to tear a hole through their chest.

Yes, I have the first Rome and the Barbarian Invasion expansion.
Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

What is your favourite faction in BI and RTW? I've only played the Saxons in BI and I haven't unlocked the other factions in RTW.

My favorite in RTW is probably the Brutii or the Scipii. BI is the WRE, with the add money cheat frequently I conquered the world.

I found out that the Huns are no fun to play as. You can autoresolve until you rule the world.
Also, have you unlocked the other factions in RTW?

Yes, all of them. It's a real bummer that you can't play as Spain, Macedonia, Armenia, Scythia or the SPQR, that would be fun in my opinion. Once on BI there was a huge battle, I had a few centuries of First Comenstates (spelling?) and I was fighting the Huns, there were two and a half full flags facing mine and they had me surrounded. I fought the battle on the map and drew my army up into a double line. Then they brought up their first two armies and killed a lot of my men, but I killed over half of their horsemen. Then the reinforcements arrived and I thought that I was a goner, by that time I had lost many of my men and my centuries were in a cluster, but none of them had fled. Then the third army hit and I drove them back! Eventually I won with less than twenty men in each century. ;D

You have to go to the code and tweak it for unlocking all the factions, including the rebels.

Real Pyhrric victory you had there.

I was fighting a bridge battle where the the Julii (Me) was fighting in Gaul and the enemy army outnumbered me by a lot (And with a lot more ranged units. They had more two thousand men). I was defending the bridge with skirmishers on the side and hastati on the bridge with my general doing nothing much. The Gauls charged me including their skirmishers and I was like, say what? That barbarian mass rout kicked in and I completely destroyed their army.

My general's unit was unharmed too. (I think, the battle was a few years ago :P)

How do you make it so that you can play as all of the factions?

Are you going to buy Attila? It's essentially BI with better graphics, more factions, more DLCs, and more features.

You might want to get a demo, and then see whether you like it.  RTW is very historically accurate though, with Roman ninjas wielding two gladii and British head slingers. :P
