Splinter Island

[Izeroth]

 Vrakkn Broketooth and the corsairs of the Saltkeel have set sail for Splinter Island-- a legendary location reputed to hold great treasures. As the ship draws closer to its destination, however, it becomes more apparent that the corsairs are in for more than they bargained for..

Rules

•Rember that these are vermin, not woodlanders-- your characters don't have to be ruthless barbarians, but none of them are shining examples of morality

•If you can, try to use a corsair accent. (E.G. Using words like "tommorrer" in place of tomorrow, or "nuffink" in place of nothing)

•No Mary Sues (or Gary Stus, Bob Smiths, etc.)

•No exotic species

Appearance: A tall, red-furred fox with blue eyes. As his name implies, one of his fangs is broken.
Clothes: A torn green coat; a silver earring in his left ear

Name: Darasha Raniel
Species: Ferret

Position: First mate (if that is ok)
Appearance: She is tall and athletically built. Easily taller than many of the men of her species. Her fur is cream with light caramel paws and tail tip. Her nose is a delicate light pink rose and her eyes are sharp and black.
Clothes: She wears a lose fitting off white tunic and purple sash. Brown trousers and large black boots. Around her neck she wears a thickly beaded collar necklace and a pair of matching cuff bracelets of bone, gold, lapis, and jade (Some of the bones are said to be the teeth of her victims). She wears gold hoop earring, two in her left ear and one in her right. On her paws she wears several studded gold rings, three on her left paw two on her right. In her sash she carries a cutlass, a curved knife and a whip.
Other: The daughter of one of the most feared corsairs on all the four seas, Dregas Redeye.

Other: The daughter of one of the most feared corsairs on all the four seas, Dregas Redeye. She was his second mate till she tried to kill him in his sleep. She was caught and sentenced to be set adrift in a life boat with no oars, saying let fate spare her if it willed, but the whole time knowing there was no way she would survive. She did however and was picked up by the Saltkeel.

Accepted if you remove the betrayal bit from her backstory. (Vrakkn wouldn't have somebeast he knew to be a backstabber as his first mate)

I've also changed the name of the RP to more accurately reflect the subject matter.

Vrakkn is smart enough to know that she could be lying; he wouldn't promote someone with so many loose ends (and possible ill-will from the other corsair captains). The last thing Vrakkn needs is a battle with Dregas Redeye.

Position: Cook (And a good one, too. By vermin standards, anywho)
Appearance: Rayne is a red fox, with a white-tipped tail. With piercing green eyes, she cuts an imposing figure in her white sail cloth breeches and baggy, tucked-in blue shirt. She wears slimmer than usual sea boots and an unnecessary brown belt. Rayne also has a gold arm bracelet set with a nice amethyst. Other than that and a gold earring in her right ear, the fox has no other ornaments.
Weapons: Rayne has a simple dagger that she keeps sheathed on her left thigh, unless she's using it to chop vegetables or fruit.
Other: Nothing very notable, except Rayne is a good cook, even if she does have a bad temper.

Accepted. Something for all of you to note, though-- the Saltkeel is not a rich corsair ship by any means, and most of its crew can't afford expensive jewelry.
