Is there any time that Americans, Aussies, Kiwis and Brits can all be on at the same time?

Well, you three are more or less ok.  Australia, New Zealand and Britain all fall within an hour or two of each other more or less (though you have to remember that Australia and New Zealand are a full day ahead)  In America, depending where you are in the states, we're 4 to eight hours ahead (the day before).  So, over there it's 1:04 am.  Where I'm at, it's 6:05 am (the day before). 

And what am I doing awake at 6 in the morning on a Saturday?  WHO KNOWS?

No. Australia and New Zealand are within an hour or two, but Britain is 12 hours different. So I'm only six hours ahead of you, and around 12 hours behind Australia and New Zealand.

Ah, I must've misread the "AM" "PM" when I looked it up earlier.
