Weaponry: A Sword Breaker, a blade slightly larger then a dagger and thicker, a pair of knuckle-dusters, and a feather staff with concealed blades. (Also a blunderbuss if you'll permit it)
Look: Yer average armadillo.
Garb: A purple cloak, leather shoes, a purple beret with a green-dyed feather, and a linen button under-shirt. Grey trousers. The blade at his right, visible when he makes large movements or runs. The staff he carries. Knuckledusters in a small pouch within his cloak, buttoned. Blunderbuss would be at his left.
Personality: Merry when festiviating and drinking, hasa tongue in cheek sense of humor.
History: An immigrant from southward, temporarily led a band of ruffians fighting random vermin rascals. Once met Mariel

Other: The shell can't be penetrated by most blades, but is prone to big blunt things. He tends to drink heavily. His face is a bit aged looking.

Edit: He has a sling in his cloak, and wears a haversack. He keeps valuables in his cloak, tucked carefully so they don't prod when he rolls.

No, you're not too late, but I am requesting a few modifications, if you don't mind? No guns, so tat counts the blunderbuss out. The knuckledusters seem a bit OP, so, please no. Also, if you want the sling, choose between the sling or the staff.

And I'm just curious - Leather shoes? In a world of animals?
