Should the vermin meet the Redwallers?

Yeah!!
Not yet...When we're further into the roleplay. c:

LT Sandpaw

Mouse and otter stood under the tapestry of Martin testing weapon tips and strapping on belts. Brandon adjusted the sword until it hung loosely behind him. The mouse warrior nodded to his companion.

"All ready? Good, come we need to find those two and find out where this house sits." Creekpaw glanced at the muse, there was concern on her face.

"Them little matey's won't be able to be tellin' us what course t' take, this is Mossflower wood were yabbing about mate. And I'm not gonna take young'uns the likes o' them out there where Rapshade might be a'wanderin'." Brandon shook his head laughing.

"They will be fine Creekpaw, the two finest warriors in Redwall will be escorting them. Besides that's the only way were going to find the house anyway." Creekpaw looked uncomfortable but nodded her consent.

His mouth was to full of scone to answer properly and consented to be drug along. He sucked on his paws in a offpaw way struggling to keep on his footpaws. "Muurh mhhim mbee?" He asked trying to swallow and run at the same time.

Mixy chuckled. "Finish chewing--I can't understand you!" As she turned the corner, she spotted Brandon with Creekpaw. The young haremaid stifled her giggling and ducked behind the wall.
"Listen, Brack, what're they saying?"
He has the sword. Why does he need the sword? Unless...No. She shook her head so the thoughts would clear away. Rapshade was dead.
Brandon wouldn't lie to them, right?

Rapshade halted right where the forest thinned and disappeared, staring out at the nice little clearing in which Redwall was located. The building was much bigger than he'd been expecting.
The ferret grinned and pawed for his sword.
"C'mon, me cullies, let's go check this out..."

LT Sandpaw

Nodding to Creekpaw the mouse warrior led the way down towards the main Abbey door.

"I always thought this creature was dead, or so the Long Patrol claimed. But you were there weren't you, what do you remember Creekpaw?" The otter slammed the butt of her javelin onto the stone floor snorting.

"Aye matey I remember, every whip lash, every kick n' order. I remember it all." She snarled, something Creekpaw rarely did. "An' if e' still breaths I'll kill 'im twice to make sure e' stays dead."

"Right, well we should get going. I'll go gather Mixy and Bracklew, oh and Creekpaw I would rather Duncan doesn't know about this. We can handle it." The otter nodded and walked outside twisting her javelin between her paws.
Brandon turned and walked the opposite way towards the stairs.

Muttering about bad plans Saltooth didn't notice Blackclaw stealing what was left of his garlic. Raising his voice so it didn't sound like himself Saltooth yelled out at Rapshade's back.

"Ey Cap'n is yer master plan ta get yerself killed?"

Rapshade's eye twitched.
Grasping his sabre, the ferret turned around and stared the crew down. Somebeast in the back whimpered pathetically. "I didn't recognize that voice...WHO SAID THAT?!" He hollered.
"Well? Are y' just gonna stand there like the idiots you are, or are ya gonna tell me who did it? Whoever rats 'im out will get a reward they won't soon forget. If'n yous remain silent, you're all in for a whipping from Jetfur and myself! Go on...say something or push him towards me!"

Mixy stepped out from her hiding place.
"We're right here, Brandon..." She bit her lip and nervously shifted her footpaws. She had a feeling she'd heard more than what was intended for her to know.
"So he is alive? Why can't my dad know about this..?"

Hickory

Jetfur unclipped his whip and, from the other side of the ship, grabbed the door latch with the whip and pulled it open.

OOC: He's kinda like Indiana Jones with the whip.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Ashleg

OOC-
Awesome.  ;D
...Is he afraid of snakes?  :P
IC-
"Oh boy! Thankya, mate." Fangfang stepped inside. Some of the enslaved Woodlanders glanced at him, but didn't say anything. "I've never been down 'ere before, Jetty." He gazed around the room, taking everything in. "...Whew, it smells bad...That's fer sure."

Hickory

"That's the reason no one, especially the Cap'n, ever comes down here." Jetfur suddenly lashed out against an oar slave. "You! Keep your head down!"

Fang gasped and jumped back. The loud crack of the whip had startled him.
"W-well mayhaps somebeast should clean it?" He suggested. "I mean...y'know...make the slaves do it..."

Hickory

Jetfur chuckled. "Rrrrreally. You consider yourself to be like any other seabeast, right?"
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Ashleg

Fangfang nodded, smiling ditzily. His tongue stuck out a little.
"Yep! Jus' as good as everybeast else, heheh. Why'd ya ask?"

Hickory

Jetfur toyed with the whip. "Well, you wouldn't want to clean this place, would you?"
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Ashleg

Fangfang frowned slightly and shook his head.
"Err, nope. That's why I suggested usin' the oarslaves, silly..."

Lady Ashenwyte

A fox in a grey robe walked towards the abbey, looking back every once in a while. Mel sighed in relief, that cursed otter wasn't following her. Just as her pace regained normality, a heavy sound of feet thumping behind her made her look back and run towards the abbey.

OOC: Do you mind if I make her a seer who can occasionally see the future?
The fastest way to a man's heart- Or anyone's, in fact- Is to tear a hole through their chest.

Indeed. You are as ancient as the soot that choked Pompeii into oblivion, though not quite as uncaring. - Rusvul

Just a butterfly struggling through my chrysalis.

Ashleg

OOC-
Eeh...I don't know about that. Could you leave her as a normal fox who is just mysterious (or thinks she can see the future?) If she can actually see the future it might dictate the roleplay for the rest of us, and that wouldn't really be fun.
Plus there already is a seer.

Lady Ashenwyte

OOC: She's  a fraud, but most beasts won't know because she's been doing this for a long time.
