Today I was thinking, would you change the title of any Redwall books?
I'd probably change Mossflower to Martin The Warrior, and Martin The Warrior to Marshank.
I won't be on this forum much anymore, but I'll pop in to say hi every now and then.

I would change "Mattimeo" to "Slagar's Revenge."
Not that inventive, but...

A lot of them are left better off as-is, I think, but here's some changes you might make.

Mariel of Redwall - Terramort
"Mariel of Redwall" is the first title with more than one word in it, so I figured that reducing the length of the name wouldn't be a bad idea. It also fits with the tradition of naming things after places.
The Bellmaker - Southsward
A more elegant name, since Joseph isn't making bells at this time, and he isn't necessarily the main character in the book.
Triss - Brockhall
The book focuses, from the start, on the snakes and activity going on at Brockhall, and this name fits in with all of the other ones.
High Rhulain - Green Isle

The other ones I would mostly leave alone, but if I had to change Mossflower, I think I would make it Kotir -- which fits because just like Redwall Abbey is the focus of Redwall, so Kotir is the center of that book too.

Edit: Oh, one more thing, that I forgot -- I would consider renaming Outcast of Redwall just Sixclaw. It's an elegant, one-word name that covers both Swartt, as one of the main characters of the book, and also his miscreant son.

I wouldn't change The Bellmaker.

This is the Bellmakers story,
Because the dream was his."

I might change High Rhulain to Tiria Wildlough, or just Tiria. After all, we have Triss, Rakkety Tam, and Taggerung. ;)

But Kotir is the name of the first book in Mossflower.

Is it?

Well, rename the first book too. ;) I'm not sure what to, but something evocative of the wildcats.

I would change the first book to:
"Queen of A thousand Eyes"

Unless they already use that one for something else. Which reminds me, I need to go to the library and pick up Mossflwer...

In defense of Mossflower, the goodbeasts lived in Mossflower, so you can almost dictate to half the book about the life in the woods and the struggles of the creatures outside of Kotir as much as the place itself.  Its titled properly given that everything including Kotir is in....Mossflower. :)

Triss - Brockhall

I personally wouldn't do this.  I think it would give the initial impression that it was around the same time period as Mossflower when Brockhall was actually inhabited.  Also, it's a little close to Lord Brocktree  for me.
Also, I like the mystery of High Rhulain  Nobody knows what it means, so I'd pick up the book to see what it was.

I like how Eulia! has an exclamation mark.

I honestly think that Mattimeo should be renamed Slagar's Revenge or Revenge of the Cruel, because Mattimeo is not actually THE main character. His father shares as much time as he does.

I think that Brian Jacque's names are perfect.

Yeah. I, for one, am TERRIBLE at coming up with title names, so you don't wanna ask me.

i would not change a single 1
Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need
Chasing relentlessly and I don't know why
If our love's tragedy why are you my remedy?
If our love's insanity why are you my clarity?
Why are you my clarity?

Me neither, Maudie. If you did change them, it would have to change to the place its taken in. But it is taken in several places, so I would rather go by the main character... ;) Either it would have to go by scenery, or a battle, such as - Mossflower -> The battle of Mossflower -> Martin the Warrior (even though there is already a book called that). So, because of how the stories take place, and such, I prefer the titles the Brian Jaques gives him book. I think they fit them well. :)
Yesterday is history... Tomorrow is a mystery... Today is a gift... and that's why its called - The Present...
