my guess would be that he uses the tab-enter controls. although I dont know how effective that would be, or the extent and limitations of its uses.

Yeah, I used tab-enter, plus arrow keys to move up and down quicker. Fortunately, I have a spare mouse at the moment, which should sustain me until I get home.
