I actually think that probably happens quite a bit. There's no verifiable way to test whether someone sees colours differently to anyone else because they'd just assume everyone saw the world the same way.

Just imagine a blue Redwall Abbey or a green one.

What if we all had the same favorite color, but we all saw different colors so we just called it by a different name?

Okay im going to attempt to join this conversation. Bare with me, im not good at turning my thoughts into coherent explanations.
what about how colors go together? Like we can all look at a color scheme, and all agree the colors go together well right?

Technically, you don't know if your "red", for instance, is the same as somebody else's.

yes okay but say you're "red" was differnet from my "red", yet both our "reds" go well with both our "oranges", and we can both agree that our "yellows" make a bad text color in all colors. Ho wcould all that coordinate if we dont all see the same color?
