Dreams, dreams are untapped and writhing. How much more real are dreams than that paltry existence which we now call reality? How shall we ascend to that which humanity is destined? By mastering the dreamworld of course. That is how, my pupils, that is how.

I have just now figured out what you're saying.

They wouldn't stand a chance against ODSTs.

@Sagetip ODSTs would have a hard time against Inquisitorial Stormtroopers, and they would get roflstomped by Space Marines.

ODST's are the best marines the UNSC has to offer. They're equipped with the best weapons, state of the art combat armor, and can take down Covenant threats like butter.

@Sagetip The Covenant would be utterly destroyed by one Space Marine chapter, and there are hundreds of Chapters out there.

Here is a little bit of the power of an unarmoured Space Marine taken from Reddit.

"His ribcage is a solid block of bulletproof bonelike material far stronger than any normal bone. Admittedly, the Chief's bones are also inhumanly durable, but his ribcage won't block bullets as consistently. His skull is similarly durable.
Space Marines frequently take bullets to the head and leave them in because they couldn't care less.
Space Marines have a ton of specialist organs that let them do some crazy stuff, like spit acid and eat your brain to absorb your memories. That's some pokedex level stuff right there.
Space Marines are capable of ripping the hatches off of tanks, so I don't see ODST armour (which, while a significant defensive benefit against most small arms is nowhere near as good as Mjolnir armour) is going to be terribly effective."

@Sagetip They'd probably put up a harder fight, but I'm going to say Space Marines take this one as Warhammer 40,000 is ridiculously overpowered.

@Chipster of Noonvale: Hey Chipster, what do you think of 'Chippy' as your Y-ending nickname? (Everyone has one, just not everyone uses it.) And if you think this thread idea is crazy, you should see the shipping threads. Or the election threads. Really, this is pretty normal.
