dreams about something that's bothering you, usually about the next day, they're usually illogical but they make you sleep pretty badly.
for instance, if you have the first day of school the next day, and you're worried about forgetting stuff or sleeping in too late or something, then you'll dream about doing just that pretty much all night
they are no fun
