Well if the discussion is partially about how many teenagers have had sex or swear then this is relevant because if a sizeable portion of high school students admitted to using drugs then think of how many know swear words or have had sex. Using drugs is a worse or bigger taboo than those 2.

I guess to put it shortly high schoolers aren't as innocent as some people may believe.

I would challenge people to not view all high school students that way, Grond. I am a high school student and I am not doing anything even remotely related to those three things you've listed. I know multiple students who are the same. They don't cuss. They don't do drugs. And they don't do things (see? I don't even like typing the word). Granted, majority of high schoolers do at least one of those, but we're not all that way. So, I would stick with what I said and say inappropriate movies are more harmful than violent movies.

No one views all high school students that way. Just because it's common doesn't mean it's universal. Sidenote: I still don't know what a high school age range is.

And I maintain that being traumatised by excessive violence is a possibility and is far worse.

But American media and general culture is more language and stuff repressed than Britain. I don't see how that can be contested.

It's the violence generally. Or if a film is made specifically to be erotica, i.e. 50SoG.
