A budding rose once came to life,
in time of the worst strife,
the Redwall creatures found there hope,
in a little mouse no one calls dope.

His name was Matthias,
he went and cut that big flower,
It's thorns so sharp,
even Cluny lost his power,

Cluny then cut them off,
with no rations,
but good ole Matthias,
sent the warriors to there stations,

He went to the fight,
with the flower so fine,
He fought Cluny the Scourge,
And killed him with the bell of time.
