We're going to need a Sherlock topic for everyone who sees The Abominable Bride this January! I saw it can be seen in US theaters through Fathom Events.

As soon as it's open to the public, someone somewhere will have it up online.  I'm excited.  It looks good, and I'm glad that Mary's in it.  I don't know why she wouldn't be, but... I like her a lot.

Here's the link to the Fathom Event if anyone wants to go to one:

IT'S SHOWING IN MY TWO FAVORITE THEATERS IN MY CITY!  :D :D
(Fathom Events don't show in every town.)
Or, I could just wait until it's on the Interweb.  ;)

There's a showing in my area, but I don't know anyone who's a big enough fan to go to it with me... and to drive us, particularly on the first day of the winter semester.  Ah well.

There's two showings in my area! But I don't wanna go alone.... (I mean, I can get there, no biggie, but movie theaters by oneself? Yuck.)

EDIT: I just bought two tickets... Maybe I'll kidnap my co-worker and get her to go with me....
Was anyone else on the old DAB forum, circa 2009? I was recently reminded of it, lol.

Bitterly jittery, and not very glittery.

I FINALLY SAW IT ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND FORGOT ABOUT THIS THREAD! That was awesome! :D

I just finished the last of the second season. . . Gosh dang it, they left it open.

I already shared this idea in The Most Random Thread Ever but what if the third Holmes brother is the villain of series 4?

There are two reasons I think this is possible. The first is because Mycroft implied he was a criminal. The second is because Mycroft also implied that something bad happened to him and it was Mycroft's fault; he might want revenge for that.

What do you think made Mrs. Hudson so angry with Mycroft? I don't think she's been aggressive in any of the three previous series.

"Understood." Will looked at Nico. "Will you be my buddy?"
"You're a dork," Nico announced.

Intersting, that would explain Mrs. Hudson being mad at Mycroft, for possibly letting it happen (Presumably "it" being something bad to Sherlock).

So, I looked up "hedgehog and otter" for a combine the members thing, and I came up with a whole bunch of Sherlock and Watson pictures of them as an otter and hedgehog, respectively. Does anyone know what that's about?

Well, Benedict looks like and Otter and Martin looks like a hedgehog I guess. Personally I find it hilarious when they have perfect pictures of an Otter or Hedgehog in the same pose as one of them.

I AM NOT HAPPY, GATISS.

AND DON'T THINK I DIDN'T CATCH THAT SHERRINFORD NAMEDROP.

The Six Thatchers
Also having John cheat on Mary was the most contrived and stupid thing. THAT IS SO OUT OF CHARACTER.

I can imagine how the fandom is exploding right about now.  Meanwhile I'll just be on the sidelines calmly sipping tea like that Kermit meme.

Ooooooohhhhhh this episode.

Spoiler
Kinda glad Mary is "dead". But why did they have to do that to John? I mean can they just have him and Sherlock be friends for a whole season? Or this that too difficult. He better not cheat though, or I'll be done then.
