bigpanda420, (you can find his first topic here) posted a topic in general discussion called "let's work out guys," and said "get ready to make some gains."

I told him to shut up, and mentioned all the staff (except Captain Leo and Brookskimmer). Sierra deleted the topic, then bigpanda420 disappeared from the memberlist, reappeared less than a minute later, and was properly deleted a few minutes later.
