Releasing an enraged croak Grah sprang into the air rising a good three meters, even with Rapshade's added weight. However it was a impressive feat that couldn't last. Grah's wings buckled and she fell heavily, jarring her unwanted passenger.
"Creeaah! Krah feast on ferret flesh, drink blood! Creeeaah, tear leg off, peck out ferret eyes!" Grah screamed in fury as she beat her wings and twisted her head trying to throw Rapshade off.

OOC: Hmm, Asher and One-Ear are both leaving soon. Maybe they could meet Charm?

BIC:

Once Asher had gotten back to the main cavern, he found One-Ear waiting for him.
"Asher. I need to speak to you. We had an otherwife come to us earlier, said her child had been taken by vermin, probably the horde. She asked for you by name. Plus, you can probably find some information from those vermin while you're there. Here's a map to the otterwife's cave. Any questions?"

Celio followed Roscoe over the lawn towards the Abbey building, where Grant would be waiting.

"They usually find more recruits from the woodlands," said Gillpaw darkly. "Lots of the otters and shrews come from our crew and the Gousim."

She waved to One-Ear and Asher. The black squirrel waved back distractedly as he stared at the map. "Any idea where the vermin are? Because they could've left th' cave by now."

Rapshade felt it getting more and more painful to move his leg like he was and yet he held on and kept scratching at her, spitting, "Stop flailing, you stupid bird...arrgh!" Grah's frantic movements didn't go unrewarded and soon he had a bright red streak of blood running down his face.
Another minute sped by as the ferret found Alfhild yanking him off of her.
She snarled as she pulled him by the arms off to the side.
"You and I are having a talk."

"...Oh?" Rapshade grinned, panting heavily, "A talk about what, dear Auntie...?"

"Kill ferret kill, feast creeeaah!" Grah croaked angrily. The crow practically did a dance of rage as a few of the feathers Rapshade had pulled loose, fell out. "Creeaah, Alf-hild! Give ferret to Krah creeaah!"

"Innit that One-ear?" Bracklew observed amusedly. It was definitely the one eared fox, though it seemed he had a rough time of things since they had last met face to face. "I thought he was dead, I could have sworn somebeast told me he was dead. I guess he's got two more lives seeing as he's got one eye and a nose left." His joke was forced out humorlessly, and the squirrel kept a advent frown on his face. "Let's get closer I want to hear what they're saying." Casually as possible Bracklew wandered over to the two animals, keeping one ear pivoted towards them as he pretended to inspect the walls.

OOC-
Oooooops!
IC-
Grant looked up when he noticed Celio leading Roscoe towards him.
The weasel bounded the rest of the way and got way too close to the Abbot, snickering, "You guys seem ready t'do battle with th' horde, eh? Heheheh!"

Grant fumbled with his paws as he tried to push the vermin away.
"W-well..."

--
"Savage bird!" Rapshade retorted, pulling to get at her. "Y' snifflin' ball of slime!"
"You two are gonna have to work t'gether if either of you want to see daylight tomorrow!" Alfhild snapped, dealing the younger ferret a loud slap to the face.

"Grah, you're both coming with me and we're going to work this out!"

Groddil

OOC: Bracklew's really become a jerk lately.

BIC:
One-Ear shrugged.
"I don't know. Just go to the otterwife's home, see if she knows anything about where they've gone, or just track them. Any questions, because we both need to be going."

Hickory

Asher shook his head. "Nope. Let's go."

He started back towards the elevator.

Gillpaw watched them go, but made sure Bracklew didn't try to follow. She casually leaned against the wall, observing the other Vigil members.

One-Ear nodded, watching as Asher started walking off.
"Good luck, Asher. Oh, one more thing. The otterwife's den is quite a way away. Report to our Cook, get some supplies. Tell him to load you up. Go out the main tunnel entrance, walk along the river until you hear whistling. If ye see a raft wit' a vole steerin' it, ask fer 'is name. If 'ee says 'tis Filargo, then say ye know me, an' give 'im yer supplies as payment. 'Ee'll take ye where ye need ta go."
The fox walked over to one of the other tunnels, where twoscore Vigil soldiers had assembled. They had all been briefed on their mission; taking out the strange tribe of stoats in the nearby pine grove. He strapped on his blade and led them towards the side exit tunnel of Moledeep.

OOC: You want Asher's team to go with One-Ear? Give 'em something to do?

Hickory

OOC: Take applelad, I'll keep Harnam.

BIC: Asher looked sideways at Applelad. "Go with One-Ear. I'd rather not loose another member today."

OOC: @Groddil Yeah that's kinda the point. He'll make a rebound soon enough. Maybe... ;)

IC:

Unfortunately for Gillpaw that was entirely what Bracklew had in mind. Shifting from staring at the wall to following the older squirrel's back Bracklew pattered along until he was walking alongside Asher. For the time being he ignored Harnam, only giving the squirrel a sideways glance. He supposed he'd have to tolerate his presence for this discussion.
"Hey," He said shortly in greeting as they walked along. "I wanted to thank you Asher," He huffed, casting another glance at Harnam before continuing. "For saving my life in Mossflower, I think I would have died had you not shown up. I just wish you could have saved Ava too."

"Work out!" Grah croaked, more in disbelief then anger. "Krah not work out, Krah feast, kill, shred eyes from ferret skull." Still she trailed Alfhild obediently, though walking for her was more of a bounce, and every time she landed some dirt, or dead twig would be shredded in her talons.
The crow kept one of her eyes on Rapshade at all times, and never once did she let up her rant, vowing to do all sorts of horrible things to him.

"Krah will shut her mouth, that's what she'll do!" Alfhild snarled, letting go of Rapshade once the three were safely in her tent so that she could round on Grah.
"Grah, don't make me tear your feathers out as a bed lining! Stand over there-no, away from Rapshade, cloudhead. Neither of you are off the hook. Sit. Down."

LT Sandpaw

OOC: I think its great that these villains are about to get a good telling off by an aunt. ;D

IC:

"Creeaah," Grah squawked grumpily. Sitting down was probably the most difficult thing for her, but she managed it, roosting on top of a large weapons chest. Her large talons digging into the woodwork so she could maintain the cramped position. The bird was out of her element in the tent, and was clearly uncomfortable, shuffling her wings repetitively.
"Grah hate earthwalker cloth-house." She said in a much quieter voice. "Creeaah, Krah go out."

OOC-
Yess, exactly. ;D ;D
IC-
Rapshade reluctantly sat down on a mat, sneering curses under his breath.
He'd show them one day.
Soon enough, they'd grovel at his paws.

Alfhild's commanding voice jerked him out of his fantasies.
"Krah no go out, Krah will stay here where she likes it! Pay attention, both of you good-for-nothings."
Gluing her ice blue eyes upon the two, the old ferret strode around them, tapping loudly on the weapons chest with her sword.
"Your behavior was that of children. Just think, an officer and a captain having a schoolyard scrap!" She turned to sneer at her furious-looking relative.
"Maybe it did when you were in charge, Rapshade, but not under my paw."

LT Sandpaw

Begrudgingly Grah focused her attention on Alfhild, not that she had much of a choice in the confines of the tent. The crow was already growing uneasy, and she kept up a constant movement with her head, managing to keep an eye on both Alfhild and Rapshade at the same time. As Alfhild told them off the crow kept switching her gaze from Rapshade's face, to his neck.

"Grah no fight Rap-shade, do, Alf-hild says." She hissed with sudden deliberation to Rapshade. "Krah find rat, creeaah, earthwalker filth. Grah tear out heart, eat creeaah. Grah give yellow ratstink left over, to ferret." She made a disturbing gurgling sound in here throat, that resembled that of a beast dying. Her laughter. "Grah do this, or get Krah wants. Creeaah."
