Our Plan of Attack

[Eulaliaaa!]

You are led down a hallway and through a door, blindfolded. When the blindfold is taken off, you see a dark room before you, the pool of light on the floor shrinking as the door is closed, its rusty hinges squealing in protest. The only light in the room is from the candles placed along the middle of the long table, and the small light swinging back and forth slowly above a chair at the end of the table. Although the leather chair has a high back to it, you know that someone is in it. Slowly, you take a seat near the door and wait.

  "I'm glad you decided to come," a voice says, coming from the chair, "We have a lot to discuss. Last time seemed a bit.... rushed." The chair slowly turns around to reveal Eul. She's sitting with her wings half-spread as she gnaws in a chocolate bar, "While we succeeded in bringing a little chaos, I believe our plan was not as successful as I was hoping." She starts coughing, nearly choking on a piece of chocolate as she grabs a glass of water that suddenly appears on the table. It takes a few seconds for her to stop, and she continues, "I have several plans. But I'd rather not bore you with them. Please, share your own ideas of how to keep the Cellars chaotic during these dark times called.... elections and.... voting for a president..."

[Delthion]

The only way to keep the Cellars chaotic is to elect me as president! I am the only one who can maintain its insanity.

[Lady Amber]

But do we really want it as insane as Del is?

I will restrain my insanity by selecting a more temperate Vice President.

Elect Ashleg for the forum to be chaotic in the good kind of chaotic. Everyone still has their crazed fun, but its even better, with the power of cocoa, jigsaws, and happiness! :3

But look at his flagrant use of hashtags! Do we want the forum to degrade into that? Think of the future Forumites. How would they feel if we gave the forum over to hashtags?

I do not know as of this moment Amber! But hopefully, one will be quick to appear!

It's possible the forum won't be given over to hashtags; there might be a few here and there, but it might not be given over.

But look at how often Ashleg has used them! His staff have them in their signatures and post with them!

I do not know as of this moment Amber! But hopefully, one will be quick to appear!

Allow me to explain. The use of the "#" was a plan of LT Sandpaw, Minister of Recruitment and Votingness, and not actually a policy suggested by Ashleg. It is to my knowledge that Ashleg does not use "#," and will not make it a compulsory part of the forum should he be elected president.

Yes, but eventually, this lack of grammar will seep into Forumites everyday lives! It doesn't matter if it is compulsory! It will be used very widely and spread uncontrollably throughout the boards!

Then our communications minister will ensure that this forum does not become the new Twitter! Who really likes Twitter, anyway? Ashleg will stop this! Vote Ashleg!

You only changed this at the mention of the members? How many more secrets are you hiding from the Forumites! I have hidden nothing and am proud to call them friends!

We are not hiding anything, I assure you, other than the really amazing hot-cocoa recipe. I jest, of course, but elaborate. Your sentence makes no sense, if anything, it shows that we listen to the public's suggestions! Unlike a certain someone who happens to be debating with me...
