  So, I'm not totally sure about the profile pic, as I haven't gotten to that part in the book yet, but if I understand correctly it's Cole experiencing rain for the first time in a long time.  And then the quote is Cole speaking about why he's murdering people.  So... yeah.  Not sappy.  Not romantic.
