Video Game Collaboration

I was browsing one of my games (WATCH_DOGS) and I noticed the possibility of a mobile app.

So, I was wondering if anyone had the game on console or PC, and maybe we could do a mobile app/game collaboration. The app allows the console user to race through Chicago and get to all the checkpoints in enough time (each checkpoint adds more time) and the mobile player can use the police and hacking to try and stop them. What do you think? (If anybody even has the game)
