Let's have some nice, normal conversations. You can be silly up to an extent, pretty much as crazy as you would be in real life but any OP fights, PPing, and similar actions are not allowed and must be ignored.

So. . . I just got back from working with my dad, and it feels like my skin has been dried out with concrete dust. (It isn't, but still.) Earned 72 dollars. (Short day.)

I worked on my neighbors pool a little bit ago. Chlorinating it, shocking it, testing pH, etc.

I have nothing to do... this day has been dragging by slower than someone trying to pour frozen syrup on their pancake

Yeah. I should be studying for my driving test, but I don't want to... I want to go to the Jiu Jitsu place where I'll be learning Jiu Jitsu, but I don't want to spend my money when I'll be gone for almost an entire week... I would go for a walk, but my mom would kill me if I went alone and my brother seems content to sit and stare at his phone all day... I would write on my book, but I lack motivation for that... I would play Halo 3, but the disk is scratched... I would stop complaining, but I don't want to

Maybe I could run up and down the stairs while screaming "Eulalia" as loud as I can

So, I decide to let the dog out. The cat's fussing about going outside, and my dad had mentioned I might go outside and watch the dog, so I open the door, carrying the cat with me, go out with the dog, and close the door behind me.

I keep the cat (even as she fusses and squirms) firmly in hand, and wait for the dog to get done. When she's ready to go back in, I go back up to the door, turn the doorknob...

...and stand there in shock as nothing happens.

It's locked. I just locked myself out of the house.

So here's how the rest of that unfolded from there. I went around trying to find ways in, and even gave a go at trying to break the door down, but after five or ten minutes, I gave up, and decided that my only way to get back into the house before my mom got home at 8:15 (three hours later) was to call her and get somebody to come open the door. So, I had to walk through the back alleyway (which is overgrown and full of stickers and tall grass) to get to our neighbors right behind us, knock at the door, and ask them if I could please borrow their phone to call my mother. And because I wasn't exactly expecting to be seeing company, I was not dressed properly at all. Specifically, I was in a pair of shorts and a shirt. Most people might not be bothered by that, but with the religious beliefs I hold, it's very improper for any lady besides family or very close friends to see me in that state (and vice versa). So, I was embarrassed by that as well.

Anyway, it worked out okay. Had a nice time getting to know our neighbors better, and our friend came over to let me back in the house, and I got to talk with her. But for just a few minutes... it was an incident!
