Well this is a hard question.

I don't like being in the spotlight, yet I don't take orders very well. I don't like making decisions, but I'm very picky. I don't like being a leader but usually end up being one anyway.

Follower. I like having guidance but do things my own way regardless of what I'm told. I don't like being the one to call the shots, which is funny, because I work as a manager. Maybe first follower? I make for an awesome right-hand-man.
