Well? It isn't the quick modify button, that shows just as modifying, I've verified that. Neither does expanding or collapsing a category. So how does this action happen?!

                         Viewing Tag Page - Discovered by Chip
                         Thanking a post - Discovered by Chip of course... ;D
                         Viewing the Unknown page - Discovered by Chip...again... ;D

It used to be, definitely. But I think @James Gryphon added it to "Modifying a Post...", not unlike how we now have a "Modifying a Post..." instead of just "Posting in...".
Edit: Just checked with the 9 second delay in Who's Online, it does indeed say "Modifying a Post..." now.

What's the problem here? Guests can't quick modify, or make profile notes. And Sandpaw wasn't online, so it isn't a member clone (because the 3 members who WERE online weren't doing Unknown Actions. What gives?

Quick Modify we have found doesn't cause an unknown action. I didn't know about profile notes, is that one of the causes?

Could it just be maybe that split second when you go from say, The Cellars to the Main Page? I doubt that would pick up though. Maybe reporting a post? I don't think anyone has done that however.
