I don't think so, lemurs (more or less are madagascar animals). I'm not sure if this is true but I figured the animals of Redwall to be native to Europe.

Yes there are barbet dogs but there are also birds called barbets some of them are great barbets, bearded barbets and D'Arnaud's barbets

Marsupials would kinda fit into Redwall imho. While I think Redwall was perfect as it is/was- wombats would be fun. A Tasmanian Devil would make a cool villain and/or Dragon.
