I've actually never had stuffing...

@Ashleg you've never had stuffing?! *Cries*

If I have it this year will you cease crying? :0

I hate stuffing. So much. I also hate cranberries. So much. I don't like Thanksgiving dinner. I just eat turkey and mashed potatoes with butter and corn with butter and baked applesauce. Mostly baked applesauce.

It sounds like you eat a lot... XD

Whaaaaat?!  Cranberry sauce is awesome!  Why don't you like it?

I don't like it because it tastes bad. >:( Makes me throw up every time.

What's Thanksgiving?

It's the day that marks when us white pilgrims were stupid, ran out of food, and the Indians came over and shared all of what they had. Therefore, on this third Thursday of every November, we all sit around a table and stuff ourselves, and if you're a religious family, you say a prayer. Lots of people like to go around the table saying what they're thankful for.

It's weird.

I'm not sure that the Pilgrims ran out of food, but whatever.  That's basically it.  The holiday is oriented around family, thankfulness, and Thanksgiving dinner (for which a roast turkey is required).

Thanksgiving is the day when we, modern Americans, pretend our ancestors didn't commit genocide. (Also there's turkey and cranberry sauce and usually pie.)

Some people, believe it or not, eat ham. *Gags*

Thingy I found on FB that may or may not be offensive that I found hilarious, and yes, it's clean

I used to hate stuffing and cranberries too. Now I can appreciate stuffing, but only it's the stuff my mom makes, and I like just a little cranberry sauce on turkey cause the flavor is good. The texture of both are just horrific, though. Same goes for pumpkin pie. Bleh. I can't stand that stuff. (Or any pie other than apple :P )
Just pretend there is something interesting and unique written here... I have nothing to say.

My family always makes cranberry relish (it's nothing like the stuff in the can), it's really good. The relish is made of oranges(peel included) and cranberries which we put through a meat grinder so it makes a slightly chunky texture. Then sugar is added and it sits in the fridge. The stuff is delicious, it's slight sour and sweet. I pretty much ea that, turkey, and pumpkin pie for thanksgiving since I'm not a big fan of stuffing. My tastebuds have expanded though since I was younger so who knows I might eat a bit of the stuffing this year. My sisters boyfriend who is a former chef is cooking the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and an apple pie. :P yummmmm

No offense, but that sounds disgusting :P canned cranberry sauce is also terrible. My mom makes it homemade.

* Ashleg has never seen Cranberry sauce in person.

We just don't do it.

Ashleg, what do you eat on Thanksgiving?
