There's not a whole lot to do until they catch up with Darrin, but there is other stuff that is going to happen before that point.
I liked Sandpaw's idea with the fight between Rallowan and Hacklaw's forces, but @LT Sandpaw hasn't been active, and I haven't gotten to the point of posting as Hacklaw. (One person having a large portion of the characters doesn't make for the best playtime for everyone else.) After that fight, the vermin forces would be shrunken, and, like Sand said, Hacklaw could team with Elijah and co. to find Darrin.
