It's the core theme.  I'm also using it, because while I prefer the new buttons, I still can't see the "add reply" button.

Picture the quote icon next to say thanks and modify, but no words and no "shell" around the words and picture like with the other buttons.

Well, the quote button works now. Except the "Anonymous" button now looks like the modify button, with the word anonymous stuck to the right of it. attachment coming soon.

Yeah, that's a known bug that's been around since I installed the new version of the anonymous mod a few days ago. I haven't made the changes to fix it to work with this theme yet.
