       I hate to be a wet blanket, but could the OP please change the title to, "Who's," instead of, "What's?" >.< That aside, I'm not big into otters, but the Rogue Crew members were even less likable for me. They were Viking's stereotyped and amplified in all the wrong ways. I'd say Tagg/Deyna was probably my favorite, but there were a lot of other characters I liked even more than him. (call me a squirrel bigot, but they just don't stand out to me  )

Well, Banya Streamdog's near the top of the list.  I like almost all of the otters, especially Swiffo Axehound, Leatho Shellhound, Grath Longfletch, Finnbarr Galedeep, the Mask and his brother Skipper, Shogg, Keyla, Deyna, and Cheek.  I think Grath and Keyla are my top favourites.
