It's a shame you weren't around last year, then. Some of us were trying to treat it seriously. But really, that's a hopeless desire. Everything here is pretty much chaos.

And I could make the equal argument that their trying to be serious in the Cellars is ruining our fun.

OOC: I will say that this is what you should expect from Cellar Maniacs, but again, this is something Rosie obviously wants to turn out well, and we should have something of a prom before the entire thing explodes. Seriously, some of us hadn't even arrived yet and the thing was already up in flames.

I don't know much about the prom -in fact, this is the very fist one I have ever read -let alone attended-- but I do know that Rosie worked really hard putting it together and it just seems a tad unfair having it all go out in flames (not glorious flames, mind you).

And yes, my fiancee is going out with my best friend. Of course is chaotic

And I would totally encourage you to make the statement. As I said previously, we should ALL be having fun. Maybe you guys can blow up the nearby neighborhood or something and come back when you have run out of things to explode?

@Lord Ashenwyte let's go on an adventure then. We didn't come here for slow-dancing and uncomfortable existential conversation. Unless they play something worth dancing to, I'm sure there's something in the forest to discover and probably fight.

OOC: Ami said it best. Ashe and I started off strong. The entrance was very much us, take it or leave it, but we were planning on being -and can be- a little more chill around others and can cap the killing until everyone shows up and goes through their awkward formalities. But this is supposed to be a fun event, so don't mind us entertaining ourselves. The forest venue is rather nice; good job on that, Rosie.

Well it did look quite cool while being destroyed, so that is a bonus. Now, what shall we do? We can grab something to eat or drink, dance, talk, or something like that.
