I believe there hasn't been many votes because that's A LOT of reading to do for this competition. Some of these fan fictions are long, that's why a lot of these competitions have a couple judges assigned to determin the winner. When you open it up to the whole forum to decide, it means every voter must read each entry. It'd be fun, but it's also time consuming. I'm currently half way through the list.
