Then report him to a moderator! Forward the PM's he's sending you to a Moderator and if he doesn't stop after being warned, they might gag his account.

But it can be taken to PMs instead.  It's nice to try to keep an eye out for friends, but it's better to do so via PM instead of in a discussion topic.
