My favorite mouse? Hmm, hard one! I have too many! I think my two favorite mice are . . . . . Columbine and Cornflower! They seem to be forgotten easily, why?

Matthias for me. I like a lot of the other mice, but the vendettas so many of them have make it seem almost like they're bound by fate to be heroes, and that's just the way it's going to be. Matthias hadn't been personally wronged by Cluny. He's just taking a stand. Somehow, that makes his courage a bit more palpable to me. It is different in the t.v. series, but even there the writers don't make a big deal about Matthias' family being killed beyond the first episode.

With that said, I like vendetta characters, too. I'm jumping on the Luke bandwagon. Luke is awesome.

Vurg is also cool... And Nimbalo the Slayer. And I should stop.

There's a Cornflower but no Matthias and Matthias is definitely a favorite.
