Next time, don't get so keyed in on wordplay and just try to end your day on a high note; you don't want your friendships to fall off a clef over a trivial thing like puns. Maybe you enjoy the dissonance and I'm just dampening the mood, but I'm no soundboard when it comes to matters such as this.
