Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner (for those of us in the United States) I did want to ask y'all about some things you are thankful for (After all, gratitude is not exclusively American  :D )

I personally am thankful for the way God has preserved my family so far; goodness knows He isn't obligated to. He's been very longsuffering and constant to me, which almost seems like a waste, for how often I mess up.
I've been looking back over these past few months, and I've felt off. Felt different. At the time, I wanted nothing more than to go back to the good old days.
But now? Could I just ignore all the ways I've suffered and grown? Caught hold and let go? Could I return from life, having now lived?

Indeed. I am thankful for His provision. Not easy moving out on your own for the first time, college doesn't really count because all of the actual living expenses were covered by the university in some way or other, and especially not when it's across the country. But He has provided in everything and I am sitting in a very pleasantly furnished apartment thanks to that.

Very wholesome! Yes as Thanksgiving approaches I'm in an especially grateful spirit for what God has done in my life. A relationship with Him, cozy little minimalistic home, loved ones, a fleet of woodwind instruments.... Honestly I couldn't be happier. Also fitting that this month I returned to the community and got to meet you all again.

I'm (late to the party) thankful for God's guidance and the amazing community He's provided for me. Leaving New Zealand wasn't easy, but I'm thankful for America, Seb, and all the family and friends that I've gained since coming here.
